1. Introduction

La Liberté is an online-based clothing retailer operating in Bangladesh. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
4. Products, Pricing & Availability
- We endeavour to display accurate information about our products (including descriptions, colours, sizes) and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that everything is completely error-free.
- All product prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless specified.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product without notice.
- If an ordered product is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any payment made for that product.
5. Order, Payment & Confirmation
- When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us (by email / SMS / within the Platform) but this does not mean your order is accepted. Your order is only accepted and the contract formed when we dispatch the product to you.
- Payment can be made via the methods specified on our Platform (e.g., bKash, Nagad, card, bank transfer as applicable).
- In Bangladesh, under the Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021 issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh, advance payments above 10% may require escrow arrangement and display of certain compliance information. bdnews24.com+1
- You agree that all payment information you supply is true and you authorise us to charge the full amount for your order.
6. Delivery
- We will deliver to the address you specify at the time of order (within Bangladesh).
- According to the Guidelines, if we are unable to deliver a product after payment within 48 hours for local areas (or within the timelines set by the Guidelines), we must notify you within 48 hours and refund within 72 hours. The Daily Star+1
- Although we strive for timely delivery, delivery times may vary. We shall not be liable for delays due to force-majeure, transport issues, or other causes beyond our control.
7. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request return or exchange in line with our specified policy (which will appear on our Platform).

All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, designs) is our property or licensed to us. You may view and download materials only for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising out of your use of the Platform or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. You agree that the courts of Bangladesh (and specifically our place of business jurisdiction) will have exclusive jurisdiction. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with that policy.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
